Page Options Missing

I am trying to setup a page that I had imported from a template but a lot of the options are missing when editing.

Example is that for the section separator it doesn’t allow me to select the type or modify it anymore… it only lets me change the color… other options are missing also.

You need to activate Advanced Mode under X > Settings > User Preference and select Always On. Here’s a screencast that you can take a look.
