Hi,
I’ve been building a page on Pro, but now when I go into the Pro editor I’m getting a blank page.

Hi There,

I can see the page has been edited or build outside of the Content Builder. Its no more can edit via the editor. That’s why it shows the blank page.

Can you please confirm if you have built the page or edit it outside of the editor?

No I did not. Very strange. If I erase that content will it go back to what was created on Pro?

Is that happening to specific pages? I did open a few of your pages in Cornerstone and it has the content. Please clarify.

No, please don’t erase or edit your pages outside of Cornerstone yet.

I advise that you duplicate your site on a staging server and update everything (WordPress, PRO, Plugins)

Remember to clear all caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
