Page not working properly on Mobile phone

Hi there,

Why do my header buttons (navigation & shopping cart), modal elements, and subheader not follow while scrolling NOT WORK on mobile phone?

I don’t know what could be the issue… please help

I have tested your site on my phone and it is working perfectly

It could be just your browser cache on your phone. Please install Chrome or Firefox on your phone. Use the private browsing mode and test your site again.

You are right! I have tested it on my other phone and it works fine!

On other hand, do you also have the problem with the following sub-header disappearing?
How can we fix that?

Hi Kate,

I have checked the page in Android mobile devices and found that the Sub Header is working fine and it is not disappeared. I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.
