It might be the issue of broken HTML issue, I would suggest you clone the page and then delete the section one by one to determine which section is causing the issue.
In case if it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password

I have logged in and I can scroll up to the bottom of the page which is the Map section.

This could be a caching issue. Can you please clear or your plugin caches and test the site again? it could also be caused by a plugin or something. Please do the following instead:
- Testing For Theme Related Issue
- Testing For Plugin Conflict
- Theme Update
- Child Theme
- Increasing Php Memory Limit
- Disabling Cache
- Disabling Cdn
- Version Compatibility
