Page not load

Hi there,
in the last times I notice the difficulty of completely loading some pages and the message is like the attached screenshot. I tried to disable the plugins one by one but without result. Can you help me?

I’m facing the same issue. also just opened a thread :sweat_smile:

Hello @ferlo61,

Thanks for asking. :slight_smile:

It seems that you forgot to share website URL. Request you to please share website URL. That being said please try out these general solutions.

  1. Ensure you are fully up to date. See our changelog.
  2. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.
  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  5. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.
  6. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.
  7. Contact your host to increase your allocated memory or do it yourself by adding this code in your wp-config.php

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

Hey @Lunatic_Zorr have addressed your ticket. Please try out the general solutions and kindly update the ticket you have created.

Thanks.

Hi,

www.ferlito.it/wp-admin is redirecting to another site. What’s your admin url?

Hi Bappi,
it’s all correct

Hello @Lunatic_Zorr,

Thanks for sharing website login details.

I see that you are running an old version of PHP 5.6.32. Please note that runinng old version of PHP will have compatibility issues. As of today the minimum recomended PHP version is 7.2 or greater. You can contact your hosting provider and ask them to update it for you. I suggest you to refer following document to learn more:
