Page not fully loading in mobile

Hi,

I’m having a problem with our home page all of a sudden not showing up properly in mobile. I thought I’d fixed it this morning and it was working fine, and then a few hours later it is all wonky again. Can you take a look? I have put the login details in the secure note.

Side note: it looks fine in the page builder, but not on an actual phone. It also looks fine in a browser that is resized to a phone size.
