Page not found when going to x theme options in WP-backend

Hi there!

I’m creating a new webiste under https://neu.palliative-simmen.ch and I have a valid x-theme-license. Now, when i log in to my backend and I want to configure the x-theme-options or cornerstone, then I have this message:

The requested URL was not found on this server.

Why don’t I have access to cornerstone, the options, the templates?

Hi Gabriel,

Please go to WP Admin > Settings > Permalinks then set it to Post Name.

Save the settings then check the Theme Options again.

Let us know how it goes.
