Page not appearing in theme editor to edit after update to Pro 4.3.1

There might be some different reasons behind your reason, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN
7.Permalink

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Regretfully the given credentials do not work for us. It seems that the username or password is incorrect.
Please double-check it. In the meantime, please go to your Slider Revolution global settings and disable the “Include Libraries Globally” option.

I just reset the password and updated it in the Secure Note. Please try again.

I did follow your directions for the Slider Revolution global settings. Thank you. However, that did not fix my builder viewer problem.

Hi @littlesprouts,

I suspect this is a plugin conflict because when I tried to disable the plugin for at least a minute the page content is appearing. I suggest that you disable all your plugin and enable it one by one to find the culprit.

I just tried again. It appears to have been the Popup Maker plug-in that was causing the issue. Wondering if you might have a suggestion of a better alternative that would not cause an issue?

I suggest that you use the ConvertPlus plugin. It is one of our bundled plugins that has the same functionality as Popup maker. To know better about the said plugin, please check the documentation below.
