Page Menu, Social and Layouts Broken after Pro Update

Hi!

After updating to the new version of pro my menu is not working as before, the social icons and layout have changed, please help.

Hi @VMC,

Thank you for writing in, please do the following:

  • Ensure that you are fully up to date. WordPress, Theme, and Cornerstone (Version Compatibility)
  • Clear all the site caches ( plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache ) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. While you’re at it, please deactivate this caching feature while we tackle this issue.
  • Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If nothing works, please provide us login credentials in a “Secure Note” so we can take a closer look.

Hi,

I have done everything suggested and nothing has worked. Please check - I believe it’s some cache / CSS issue. When I choose a different stack the menu returns, but the formatting position and layout are still broken.

Hello @VMC,

It seems that is an issue with the server cache I would suggest you purge all the cache and then check it again. In case if it doesn’t work for you, I would suggest you please follow these steps.

  1. Activate the default theme
  2. Delete the Pro theme
  3. Now download the Latest Pro theme from the Themeco dashboard
  4. Reinstall the latest version of the Pro theme

If the issue still persists please let us know.
