Thanks for reaching out.
The Category page is the default page of the WordPress and comes from the Index page if the category page does not exist. In your case, it comes from the custom post type named Yoga.
I would suggest you remove the taxonomy from the Custom Post Type to get rid of this. If you are not proficient with coding, I recommend you consult with the developer to do the customization.
