Page jumpy when I click anchor tag to scroll to ID

Hi,

I have a weird issue when I click an anchor tag thats meant to scroll to a section of a page it’s jumping while its transitioning to the section. If you go to https://njrhsprosolar.com and then click on Request a quote at the top right hand corner, you’ll see that as the page scrolls to a section it jumps. I am not sure what could be causing the issue. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Thank you for writing in, it seems you have a custom JS on your child theme that are causing errors.

Please resolves or remove this custom JS first and see if that resolves the scrolling issue.

If not, please do a Testing for Plugin Conflict.
