But today its not loading and the home page blank.
I have deactivated the plugins, updated the theme, increase the memory limit but nothing has changed.

I checked your settings. It seems that you have created a custom single layout without calling the content and set the layout as “All Singular.” Please note that setting it as All Singular means it will be rendered to all the page/post/custom post types as well.
In case you want to set the layout for the blog post I would suggest you please set the condition like this.
