Page is empty

Hi,
I use Pro Theme on a site, which was built with X theme initially.
First everything worked fine.
Now, after a few weeks an some updates of Pro theme some pages are empty on the frontend.
In the WordPress editor there is the Pro Theme Editor Code with the [] brackets.
But when I click “Edit with Pro”, then Pro editor starts with no content.

Thanks for reaching out.

Please go to Pro > Settings > System and clear your style cache. It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Testing for Plugin Conflict
Theme Update
Child Theme
CSS/JS Customization
Increasing PHP Memory Limit
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

If this is NOT helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:

– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

There are a total of 40 revisions to the page.

I have reverted the page to the last Sept 18 changes. When editing it in Pro, it is loading now.

Please check your site.

Hi @salilou,

You’re welcome! One of the reason why the content is gone when editing the content in the builder is when the user edited the content outside the cornerstone builder. Please keep in mind that if you edit the content outside the builder, it won’t be edited again inside the cornerstone builder and vice versa.

Thank you. I have definitely NOT edited the content outside the builder!
I have another customer who sees an similar issue:
She makes changes in the Wordpress editor to set the Yoast SEO setting.
After that the builder content is broken.
She has to enter the PRO builder again and resave the content.
This is new for a couple some weeks.
