Page icon before title

How do I get rid of the page icon before the title? It recently started showing up.

In case you want to remove the post format icon I would suggest you please add this custom CSS code in the Theme Options —>Global CSS

.entry-header .entry-title:before{display:none;}

The purpose of providing custom CSS is to show you how to add CSS code to your site. Writing custom CSS is outside the scope of our theme support.
