Page has no sidebar

Hi,
I’ve embeded a code in a content element, and now my sidebar, which shows up on all other pages is not showing. Could you help me out as to why that is?

Thanks!

Hello There,

Thanks for posting in!

I have checked your page and I can see the sidebar.

Could you please share the code that you have embedded? Please make sure that the code is valid and correct. All tags must be properly closed to avoid any issues. Any unclosed tag like </div> will definitely messed up the page layout.

And Since you have installed a caching plugin WP Fastest Cache and Autoptimize plugin, please clear your plugin cache before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.

Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

Hi,
Thanks so much. The embed text we used is: (it won’t post the text unless I take out the first < so imagine it with that:)
<
script type=“text/javascript” src=“https://mobileodt.formtitan.com/publish/v1/embed?form=ft5eddf4801529565730362&width=1002&height=1600”>

It is from a tool called Form Titan. What do you think?

Thanks!

Hi There,

I could replicate this issue on my end as well.

Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Thank you for your understanding.
