Page flicker/jump and center menu problems

I’ve been trying to centre the menu but failing. What am I doing wrong please,

When you navigate to a new page the site jumps, please help me fix that.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website Header and found that the Menu is in the center already. The last menu item can’t be adjusted in the reaming space it has been shown in the next line, and that is why the vacant space in the line has been created and looks like the menu has been shifted to the left side.

About the flicker or jumping issue, I have checked all the pages but didn’t get that issue you described. Can you please provide any video that helps us to recognize the problem?
