We recently had our site infected by malware and had to restore the entire site to an old backup from about a month ago. We also had to update the php version and update Wordpress and all the plugins and since the page editor will not load. I have tried deactivating plugins and uninstalling and reinstalling the themes to no avail. Any advice as to what could be causing this would be much appreciated. Thank you.

If Content builder is not loading then there might be a case of serialized data getting corrupted post restore. I need to take a closer look. Can you please share website login details in secure note?

Thank you for the credentials but there are multiple sites associated on your account, I tried a few sites but none works with those credentials. Please provide the site URL where you’re having the issue.
