Page Editing Issues

We’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with Cornerstone, where pages occasionally become non editable and the editor tends to break during use. These interruptions are making it difficult to manage updates smoothly and are affecting the overall maintenance and reliability of the Charm website.

Hi Prakash, here are the login credentials that you requested.

Thanks for your help

I work on Cornerstone full time and also exeprience the occasional bug where the inscreen editor is non-responsive.
I am still able to use shortcuts (CTRL+S) and interact using the inspector sidebar.

A refresh will generally fix the glitch but it can be frustrating.

Hey Shorna,

Most of the page content is using a custom HTML code you have added inside the Raw Content element.

Which part of the page you are trying to edit? Please let us know so we can investigate and give the advise on how you can edit that page.

Best Regards.

The problem isn’t with the html or elements. All page builders support both ways. The only problem was the core of the cornerstone. Something is wrong with the cornerstone system. I see alot of people having the same issues in this forum.

Hello Shorna,

I have logged in and created a test page on your site. I could not replicate any issue. I was able to add elements and build the page. Check out the link in the secure note below.

Thanks.
