Hi, I’ve got a page with a sign up form that pops-up the GDPR check - always worked fine but now all the page content draws on top of it, making me lose potential leads because it’s impossible to sign up. This happens on all my sign-up forms.
I’ve already contacted my Mailing provider and they said it’s on the Theme side. Is it possible to fix this?

I have checked the given page URL and found that the GDPR popup does not content any markup which might be the reason behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.
1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

I just check your live website page but I couldn’t see the GDPR popup you mentioned. I only see that there’s check security subscribe, would you mind sharing more information? providing screenshots or videos is a big help. On the other hand, we need a primary login when accessing your staging website.

I tried to test your page but I couldn’t replicate the issue same as your screenshot. I suspect that this is just a cache on your end. I suggest that you clear any 3rd party cache associated with your website and also clear your browser cache.

Hi @marc_a the problem is still there and seems like that version didn’t have the theme applied because doesn’t have any styles. Can you confirm on the main site the issue? Maybe it’s better just to check.

I tested both the live but didn’t get the popup as shown in your screenshot, but in the dev site it is shown as the video given by my colleague.

Just noticed that you are probably not seeing the same pop-up as I. If possible, can you use a proxy to any country from European Union? It’s a pop-up exclusive for EU.

Thanks for the heads up and I was able to replicate your issue. To fix it, you just need to increase the z-index of your popup section to greater than 1. For example, you can set it to 2 or 3 or 4.
This is how it looks when you apply the step above.
Please note that the credential is not working anymore, then I can’t apply the changes to your staging area.
