Page disapeared

Hi,
Yesterday I created a new page and all my work is gone. I got the white screen and had to do a restore back 2 days. What I want to know is if I restore back to yesterday and get the white screen momentarily is there a way I can go into mysql or something and retrieve that file?

this is something your hosting provider can answer if they have the yesterday backup, they can only restore it.
We are sorry but this is something out of our theme support scope.
