Page content automatically aligned to left

Hi,
Whenever I create a new page, all the contents on the page are automatically aligned to the left. I don’t know what’s causing it, because all the settings are in place. How do I fix this? (screenshot uploaded)

Hi Joe,

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you are using the Default Template, which has the Sidebar and as no Widget is set it shows blank space. I would suggest you use any of the Template except Default Template or template without Sidebar shown in the given screenshot.
