Hi,

When trying to edit or add images on WPBakery Page Builder, the window won’t load it just shows me the loading wheel and it never loads, it times out.

Thank you,
Jonathan

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! Upon investigating this issue, I see that you’re running PHP v5.3.24 on your server which is considered as an older version. Please get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to update it to at least PHP v5.6.x or later to avoid incompatibility issues.

Thanks!
