Page builder switched from vertical to horizontal

Hi There,
I don’t have any idea how this happened but the page builder interface has switched from being vertical on the left side of my screen to horizontal across the top. I have looked under user preferences and through your documentation and cannot find how to reverse it.! Below is what it used to look like.

And here is what it looks like now:

It’s a real pain to use because I cannot adjust the width of the horizontal bar, and I have to do a lot of scrolling to see what’s going on. I must have done some shortcut by accident. Help!!!

Thanks for writing in! This issue happened because you have accidentally dragged the element panels in your workspace. I would recommend that you watch this video demonstration on how you can rearrange the panels in your workspace:
