I have a problem to edit the english version of my website with the pro editor.
it’s always showing this massage.
I already tried to fix the problem with the recommended tasks but it didn’t worked out.
Do you have any other idea?

Thanks for writing in! I have checked the WP dashboard of your site and there seems to be a JS error. This could be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):
- Testing for Plugin Conflict
- Theme Update
- Child Theme
- CSS/JS Customization
By the way, I also noticed that you have WPML and Loco Translate plugin installed. To prevent any conflict, please deactivate Loco Translate is you are not using it.

first, thank you for answering.
I followed every troubleshooting instruction to find out the problem.
Unfortunetly the problem persists whatever I do.
If you tell me you’ve find out a JS error at the site, how can I fix this when I don’t use any costum JS script? I deactivated the loco translate Plugin, too. Your are right that we don’t need it anymore but it doesn’t solved the problem neither.
I hope you have other ideas.

Please check that your permalink settings and WPML setup do not conflict with each other.
It could be an issue with permalink settings translation.
Also, please go through the errors on builder here: https://theme.co/docs/warnings-in-the-builders
If the above solution does not work, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
Give us access as you did for your live site.

Thank you for helping me out. After editing the permalink structure the problem is fixed!
In the future I will remeber always to keep an eye on it.
