Page Builder not loading

Again we have an issue that the page builder are not loading to some of our pages.

Hi Padam,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the career page and a few other pages and found the pages are loading in the Page Builder. If you are still seeing that, please check once by clearing all types of cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

Hi Tristup,

Thank you for your response. Oh sorry, I remove the old career page where the page builder was not loading and create the new page. The attached screenshot was from the old career page.

There could be a plugin or custom code that affects the Cornerstone loading.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
