See secure note where elements looks strange in page builder but not on frontend. Good but not representing the frontend which is bad. Seems to be on elements where we use custom css class.
Hello @bracas,
Thanks for writing in! It seems that this is just a caching issue. You are using CloudFlare and may have installed a caching plugin. Please login to your CloudFlare account and purge your site cache. For best results, please use of the recommended CloudFlare settings which can be found here: https://xthemetips.com/using-cloudflare-rocket-loader-with-x-pro-and-x5/928/8/
And then, if you have installed a caching plugin, please clear all your caches. Caching are best to turn on when you are done building your pages so that you can easily see all your changes immediately after saving.
Please let us know how it goes.
All cache instances are flushed of course.
No we dont use cloudflare.
Even updated to the 2.4.1 on the staging environment and this did not correct the issue. And yes tried different browser and incognito etc.
Hi @bracas,
In that case, please provide your site’s admin login credentials in a secure note, and please provide the exact site’s URL that has this issue.
Thanks!
Shared in secure note. But please just dont go in and disable all plugins try to troubleshoot without disable everything. it’s staging environment but we have some things we test there right now
Hi @bracas,
In that case, I can’t do further troubleshooting. Please try creating another staging from it and I’ll check there. There is a lot to disable as I like to check it without other plugins especially the one related to optimization.
Thanks!
