Page builder doesnt show changes made to page

Hi,

We have a weird issue on one of our websites after we updated to wordpress 6.2 and the latest theme version. When we go into the page builder and make a change, it saves and shows the change on the frontend, but after we refresh the backend, or go back into it, we can’t see the change in it. So if we go in and add a line of text, it shows on the page, but it’s gone from the backend.

We made a clip of it so you can see the problem but I can’t attach, is there any way to attach MOV-files?

I would suggest you update the Pro to its latest version i.e. 6.2.0 and check if that problem is resolved or not. If not, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi Pontus,

I have checked that page and found the problem you described here. I am not sure if that is happening only on that page, if that is the case, please check once if any background process or any 3rd party shortcode is delaying the output to show.
I have also created a test page and tested the page by adding content, it is taking some time to change, but it is not that slow.
