Thank you for writing in, please clear all the site caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. Please deactivate this caching features while we tackle this issue.

If the issue persists, please test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

I have cleared the cache from wordpress and the server side and the issue still the same .

Hi Shorbaji,

Thank you for the credentials it seems to be an issue with the latest version of WPML plugins, would you mind downgrading to these versions for now.

1) WPML Multilingual CMS - 4.0.6
2) WPML String Translation - 2.8.6
3) WPML Translation Management - 2.6.7

I did check the site again and I don’t see the error now, both English and Arabic are fine in Content Builder.
