Having problems with my page:
I think it happened after I tried to add a design element from another webpage designer yesterday, as it had way better options for a cool looking testimonial box than I could get with Cornerstone (Thrive Themes), but I think that’s led to the error - it’s the only thing that’s changed since yesterday.
Would appreciate some help rectifying it as I need to finish the site today!

Hi Jonathan,
Please try to deactivate that other webpage designer that support that element. This will disable the element that cause this issue. Then try opening the page again using the Cornerstone and try to delete the element. Hope this helps.

I’ve already deleted the element - deactivating the other designer shouldn’t be necessary as i’ve had the other designer running on Wordpress for months with no problem (although I’ve never tried using it on a Cornerstone page before).
I don’t want to deactivate it because it’ll mess up other pages I have on my site. Could you think of a different solution please? Maybe theres something in the codebase that could be changed

Hello Jonathan,
I have logged in and I found out that Thrive Architect plugin is preventing Cornerstone to load the preview. I would recommend that you disable the Thrive Architect temporarily so that you can edit the page in Cornerstone.
