Page Broke Suddenly

Hi, I was working on one of the pages in my site https://launchesguru.com/mont-botanik/ and left it overnight.

When i refreshed to view my live page today, the formatting were all gone (tried on Firefox and Safari). Chrome which I am building the site on, still shows the correct formatting in Cornerstone mode. I’ve deleted cache, purged from CDN etc.

Did a check, all the category pages on my menu are either not working or broken. Only pages created before updating to Cornerstone v4 and x theme 7.0.4 remains ok.

Thanks for writing in! We cannot check your dashboard because the given credentials does not work for us. You are experiencing caching issues by the way. Please clear all your plugin caches since you have installed WP Fastest Cache and Autoptimize. It would be good if you can deactivate these plugins temporarily while we are troubleshooting the issue.

And also I found out that you are using CloudFlare. Right after your updates, please log in to your CloudFlare account and purge your site cache. You also need to regenerate the minified CSS and JS files in CloudFlare.

Hi, pls check the updated credentials.

Btw, I’ve deactivated those 2 plugins and purged CloudFlare and the site seems to be back to normal.

Another issue I’ve been facing since the upgrade was that in Cornerstone, when I’m creating columns, the workspace view shows 1 column in each different row (stacked). But the live site shows the right formatting. I’ve tried deleting cache etc already.

Glad it’s working now, yes, that issue is very common if the cache is not cleaned after every update.

And may I know which page has the issue with stacked column? I can’t find it anywhere.

I don’t see the columns stacking in that page. Would you mind clearing your browser’s cache and then give us a screenshot of the section where the column stacks?
