Page body (content) is not displaying on only 1 page of my site, only shows header + footer, every other page works fine

Hi, I have been checking my settings and can not figure out why this is happening, I hope you can help me:

My website is https://dremilianoalvarez.com I am writing about the sub page https://dremilianoalvarez.com/surgical/ which shows up normal when I visit the website from the browser in which I built it, however if I visit the link from my phone or incognito the only thing that loads is the header and footer, the body of the page is not displayed -

What’s even weirder is the layout is a direct import copy of https://dremilianoalvarez.com/nonsurgical/ which loads fine on any browser (incognito or not), the rest of my pages do not have any problem loading from what I’ve seen.

To replica the problem of https://dremilianoalvarez.com/surgical/ only loading the header and footer (and not the body/content) every time you can use private browser / incognito mode

Thanks for writing in! I have checked the page and I can replicate the issue. The page content is not displaying. The whole cornerstone content section is missing on the page. Please do basic troubleshooting of the most common issues on a site:

• Testing For Theme Related Issue
• Testing For Plugin Conflict
• Theme Update
• Child Theme
• Increasing Php Memory Limit
• Disabling Cache
• Disabling Cdn
• Permalinks
• Version Compatibility

If the above suggestions does not help, please provide us your WP access so that we can check your site. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Hi Ruenel, I have tried all of the things you suggested and as I had mentioned this page is a copy of other pages that are working currently so I’m not sure what the problem is. I truly appreciate your time taken to help me resolve this issue. I have attached a secure not with my credentials for WP. I am eagerly awaiting a solution! Thank you again.

Hi Emiliano,

I have checked bit the pages and it looks identical any all the browsers and in Incognito/Private mode but it was the same. I would suggest you check once by clearing type cache including the Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

Maybe this isn’t the best place to ask but while I have you here rather than start a new thread: I have a question about paying for your premium support - I remember years ago on here the developers on the forum would sometimes help write small css codes etc to customize the front end even more, this was so helpful but I understand as you got more popular you couldn’t keep giving out free custom codes etc like this - I saw recently you have added a monthly subscription service for premium support - Would services like getting small custom css snippets etc and help with those type of more advanced things be covered if I paid the subscription? If so it is a no brainer for me to sign up right away, I learned so much in the passed from this type of assistance as well as expanding my projects
