when you go to my shop page, click on a product, and click add to cart, it refreshes the page. Is there a way to make it not refresh the page when you click “add to cart”.

Thank you for writing in, on the single product page the refresh needs to happen because that is when your order is submitted.
But on the shop page, you can enable the AJAX add to cart buttons under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Add to cart behaviour
