Padding no longer available in Section

After the last update I ran, to version 5.2.2, it appears padding is no longer available to manually adjust within a Section when editing in Cornerstone. In the past I have adjusted the Padding to enable my header image to fit directly under the Header, with no gap. For example see https://www.baliislandholidays.com/accommodation/bali-mandira-legian-beachfront/. Since the upgrade, when I go to the Section there is no mention of Padding and the image sits well below the Header. See https://www.baliislandholidays.com/accommodation/nikko-bali-benoa-beach/. The only way I can work out to remove the gap is to make the Margin -4. Why has padding been removed and how do I adjust it as I was able to on earlier pages.

Thanks for writing in! It’s actually there, but with the latest update you need to enable advanced mode through Cornerstone settings.

Then your should see those areas appearing on your sections.
