Padding issue since WP 4.8.1

Hi there,

Since updating to WordPress 4.8.1 there’s a small padding issue between the top of the footer and the last section on every page. I have removed all padding for .x-colophon-top but it’s still there.

Please advise

Please add this custom CSS in the theme options:

p:empty {
    display: none;
}

Hello There,

There is no problem at all. By default, the Wordpress text widget will convert empty spaces, new lines and line breaks into an html code. In your case, there are <p> tags that were empty which is why we need to have the css because empty p tags will still have a bottom margin which would add up spaces.
