Padding in Cornerstone

What happened to padding in Cornerstone? It used to be below the margin setting for the row.
I am trying to change the height of the gold area in Section 1. Where did you hide padding?

It seems that the Advance Mode not enabled in your site, please enable the Advance Mode from the settings panel of the builder.
