Padding for sections does not work

Hi - I’m having issues getting the padding settings for sections to work. It works fine with classic elements…not at all with the new ones.

You can see that padding and margin are set to 0 but there is still a large whitespace between sections.

Thanks for writing in! It seems that you’re using the stand-alone version of Cornerstone. Could you please provide us with the reference page URL also that you’re experiencing this issue, so that we can check.

In the meantime, could you please disable your 3rd party plugins and test this issue again to see if it is a plugin conflict.

Hi There,

Yes, I can replicate this issue on my end, seems to be a bug with the standalone Cornerstone. I’ve submitted this to our issue tracker so our Dev Team will be made aware of it.

For now please use this custom CSS code to control the padding of your sections.

#cs-content $el {
	padding-top: 0;
	padding-right: 0;
	padding-bottom: 0;
	padding-left: 0;
}

Add this to Section’s Element CSS area under the Customize tab
