Padding feature not present

Hi there,
I’ve started a new project, always with xtheme. Problem is I don’t see any padding feature in coloumns, texts or even rows.
Can you please help?

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the Advance Mode is not enabled in your page builder, please go to the Preferences and enable the Advance Mode to get those options.
