Padding disappears on live page

Everything looks good while I’m editing it but the saved (live) page looks completely different. All the padding disappears and I only have the Woocommerce plugin activated and even when deactivating it, it still does that. Can someone please help me out with this?

Thank you

Hi @texturedigital,

Thanks for reaching out.
The problem you are having might be due to the improper update of the X theme and Cornerstone plugin, I would suggest you follow the below steps to troubleshoot.

  1. Delete the Cornerstone
  2. After deletion please use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone.

After you update it, I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Hello,

I tried everything on the list and the problem still persists. I even upgraded from X Theme to Pro and nothing changed. I have included my login credentials in a private note.

Hi @texturedigital,

I have checked and found that the section before the content is having the -105px which is the reason behind your issue. I created a test page with similar content and removed the negative margin and that solved the problem. I would suggest you replicate the same on your page too.
