If I wanted to make more than minor changes to a page and want to test it works online is there a way of duplicating a page, making sure it’s unlinked, then overwriting the original when done? What’s the best way to achieve this in cornertsone?

Thanks for writing in.
You can utilize the use of import and export of cornerstone block template.
First, save your original template into the library of templates then create a test page so that you can insert it in there for testing.
After that save the block that you have tested so that you can test it in the original template.
check the image where the template is located.
