Override Slider Revolution's CSS Per Post

I am using the Rev Slider as a Post-Based dynamic hero scene on each of my portfolio pages. The featured image for each post is inserted dynamically, images are set to cover and are anchored at the center by default in the slider’s native settings. The issue that arises is that on mobile devices the images crop on the sides. In some cases, this causes content that is not centered in the image to be cropped off the browser on mobile devices. What I want to do is use the CSS of the specific post to change the background-position property of the image to anchor at the needed side so the content stays in the browser when scaled to mobile devices. I have reached out to Slider Rev support and they tell me it is impossible to override the slider’s CSS within a specific post. This does not sound right to me so I thought I’d see if anyone else has solved this. I have tried several CSS combinations to do this and when reloading the page I see them take effect for a moment, but they then revert to the slider’s native setting. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hey @Formula_Design,

That is not really possible out of the box. Customization is needed to achieve that and we do not provide that as part of theme support.

I’d suggest you consult or hire a 3rd party developer to help you with this.

Thank you for understanding.
