Override mini-cart.php

Hi guys, is it possible to override mini-cart.php in a child theme by placing the file in pro-child/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php? I’ve tried but it doesn’t seem to work. I’m using the dropdown cart element in my header.

Thanks for reaching out.

The cart element in the header isn’t directly connected to Woocommece template, it’s not currently going to work. But with latest version, you could build your own using the new dynamic content feature.

Please check it here under Pro 2.5.0, X 6.5.0, Cornerstone 3.5.0 – Notes.

With that, there is no need to editing or creating the template file.
