Overlapping header element

Hi, I put a green horizontal line beneath the video in this header (see attached) and when scrolling the green line goes over the top of the nav bar. How do I get this not to happen?

Thanks for writing in!

To get your issue resolved, set the z-index of your 3rd bar settings to 9990 which should be lower than the first bar settings.

If this is NOT helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your bar settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
