Over 800 subscribers in Convert Plus but only 480 in Mailchimp. Are they not connecting?

Hey there,

Could I have an issue between Convert Plus & Mailchimp? I’ve been having some subscribers come through from Convert Plus to Mailchimp, but not all. I have over 800 subscribers in Convert Plus, but only 480 in Mailchimp. Also only like 5 unsubscribers, so that’s not it. The merge tags & list fields are synced right as well. But for some reason a huge difference in subscriber counts.

Any ideas as to why this would be & how I could fix it?

Most likely they are not confirming the subscription once they get the confirm subscription email, but please send your URL so we can take a look.

Convertplus does work, as I thought it is most likely people are just not confirming the subscription on their email.

I got your Mailchimp confirmation email in my mailbox.

You can test yourself using an alternative email adress.

ok, thank you for helping. Is there anything you suggest to help people confirm their subscriptions more? Seems strange that they would opt in to receive a download & then stop short of confirming and therefor not be able to download what they opted in for…

any suggestions?

Unfortunately, there is no way we can do about that. The subscribers should confirm the subscription.
