UPDATE please disregard updating the theme fixed the cart page for me.
Hi my x theme seems to have some outdated files. I am also having a weird issue where if there was no items in the cart on cart page, it says your cart is currently empty twice. I don’t know if that is related or not.
x/woocommerce/cart/cart-empty.php version 2.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.1.0,
x/woocommerce/single-product-reviews.php version 2.3.2 is out of date. The core version is 3.2.0
