Outdated Theme Parts Incompatible with Woocommerce

Hello Dear Support team,

In our site, there is a notification telling the theme contains some outdated part which is incompatible with the woocommerce.

Please kindly tell why this.

And further to the above problem, when i set up a product page. The product page cannot be showing properly.

I love your theme very much. But still i think I cannot use it as free as i want.

Thanks for posting in.

May I know what’s not displaying properly from the product page? It’s loading okay on my end with product image, information, and tabs.

About that templates and versions, Woocommerce only checks the version and compare it. It doesn’t really check if it’s compatible or not. You’ll also notice that the codes on their core templates are just the same on their older versions, of course, they only change the version number. The only way to find out if it’s really incompatible is test it, may I know the issues related to those templates? Maybe I could start investigating from there.
