Our license code is not validating within X theme

Hi, Our license code is not validating within X theme, hence the theme is not validated and the Cornerstone editor (live visual editor) is not showing

btw we are using the latest version of X theme. I tried from Themeforest and also the version on this site.

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! Please disable your Cornerstone plugin and then delete it. Then head over to X -> Overview section and wait for few seconds to automatically install the latest version of Cornerstone plugin. Then again try to validate your site.
