Original Content Not Editable in Pro

I’m able to asses the dashboard but when I click on content nothing appears I only see the header and footer and none of the original appears for me to edit. No Cornerstone isn’t installed I deactivated and uninstalled when I upgraded to Pro. Can I send a secure note containing login credentials for you to take a look at?

Hi there,

  • Please kindly check for 3rd party plugin conflict by deactivating all plugins and check the case. If it is fixed kindly activate the plugins one by one to find the one causing the issue.

  • Go to a page and try to add it as a template and then add a new page and use that template and see if it works:

Hi,

I just tried again using chrome browser and still works on my end.

Can you try adding the code below in your wp-config.php file located at the root directory of your site.

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

Please add it before this line

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Just added that code but it is not rendering the front end like it does for you,even after clearing my Chrome browser cache.

I have tried also to edit pro on your homepage and it is working well.

I could see that it is not working in your side only. Please try to use another computer, browser and internet connection.
