Order Details Page on Woocommerce

Hi,

My site is storeitcold.com.

Through the plugin “Edit Woocommerce Templates,” I was able to add Customer Order Details to the X Child theme under the Woocommerce section.

At first it was working perfectly. Here is an earlier screenshot from the same setup on our staging site:

Please note that the shipping and billing details are showing. This is what we want.

But now, the shipping and billing details have been removed from both our staging site (newsite.storeitcold.com) and production (storeitcold.com).

We currently have more or less the same set up on our staging and production site. We make changes on our staging site first before doing them on production since this is a large ecommerce business and we test before launching live.

We think this is because of some incompatibility issue with the theme. Please let us know how we can fix this.

Thank you for the detailed information. Here’s the compatible version of all plugins. Please update theme and plugin as necessary.

I can see the issue although the changes is made by another third party plugin. Unfortunately, as much as we want to help you here, we cannot control how the third party plugin works. Please consult the plugin developer first for some guidance. Thank you for understanding.
