Order complete message failure

hi there. I have successfully updated a payment gateway for woocommerce on the stage site (https://dev.crestedbuttedevo.com) but it will not work on the live site.
I’ve attached a screen shot with the error message.
the payment is processed by authorize.net however the customer never sees the completed purchase message on our live site (www.crestedbuttedevo.com)

Hi there,

Thank you for the screencast. Actually the fact that the feature is working on the Dev site and not on the Live site shows that our theme is not have anything to do with the problem. Furthermore, I suggest that you change the theme and use the default WordPress theme and you will see the same result.

Having said that, in the video you mentioned about the Javascript errors. Those errors also are not related to the theme and actually is related to your hosting service provider settings which do not allow the cross-domain access which you need to be in contact with them. Also, it is about the video element you have and not related to the payment.

This must be something related to the settings or SSL, but unfortunately, we do not have enough information and insight to be able to help as we are here to support theme related stuff. You will need to ask for a help from Autorize.net or hire a developer to set up stuff correctly.

Thanks for you reply… but what about the error in the screenshot which is apparently woocommerce/theme related since it says the x-frame-option is set to ‘sameorigin’.
