Options for Size & Position

I’m trying to implement a parallax style background and I’ve set a background upper/lower layer. However, I’m not getting the desired effect and I’m wondering if it might have something to do with the Size & Position options. They default to cover and center. I’ve searched the Knowledge Base but I can’t find any information on the possible values for these options.

The Cover and center are okay, and it should work. May I know the effect you’re expecting to see? And please provide the sample URL that has this parallax background.

I was expecting to see the background image cover the entire width of the page. I have the Site Layout and Content Layout parameters both set to Fullwidth. I’ve increased the site max width to 1920 which should be enough to span the whole screen (my PC screen width).
